I just got back from Amsterdam Fashion week. I went to a show from Talent Lab, and I must say: talented they are! Two completely different designers showing two completely different collections.
Fredfarrowbrittavelontan's collection contained lots of colors, - such a treat for the eyes during winter - mixed fabrics and interesting shapes, made in a traditional way. A lot of knitted parts strutted down the runway, and definitely not the lame version, but a cool and fresh version! Long story short: this collection was great to look at and really out there!
The collection from Atelier Milada was such a classic entity. Inspired by the medieval past, this collection shows authenticity and grace. The designer used rich fabrics with earthy tones and all designs looked so genuine. This collection is upper class and sexy at the same time. I really loved the long black coat paired with the gold trousers, what a fantastic combination! I wouldn't mind owning those pieces, at all..
Tomorrow I'll be visiting another Talent Lab fashion show, by Dido Yland. I'm looking forward to it, and I'm really curious what the collection will bring! Furthermore: stay tuned this weekend. I'm going to upload heaps of street style pictures from Fashion Week. I shot lots of them today, and tomorrow I'm hoping to snap some inspiring people as well. Good night!
